The hand made tradition
The key of a Malaga´s good artisan bread lies in the production process and its composition. The manufacturing of this type of bread is slower (it can take more than seven hours, compared to the two hours used in industrial bread) and is based on a procedure without additives. According to the master artisans, the key is to choose quality ingredients, to let the dough rest and to take care of the cooking. One of the most characteristic bread specialties of our province is the Malaga muffin.
For its part, traditional Malaga pastries occupy a privileged place in this section, since there are many sweet delicacies that accompany great moments in our daily lives, as well as special occasions, such as Easter, summer and Christmas.
