Events and fairs
Within the strategic plan for the promotion of the agri-food brand of the Malaga Provincial Council, Sabor a Málaga annually organizes multiple events focused on the marketing of the products produced in every one of the nine municipalities that form the province. Likewise, the hospitality sector, cooks, chefs, and gastronomy professionals in general play a crucial role in the carrying out the following projects as we present below.

Antequera, Marbella, Nerja, Torremolinos, Torrox, Rincón de la Victoria, Ronda or San Pedro de Alcántara are some of the municipalities and towns that each year host Sabor a Málaga fairs, where not only the abundance of local products is shown, but also an extensive programme of activities is offered, so the visitors can enjoy and participate in the live cooking sessions imparted by top chefs, workshops, tastings, marriages, and contests.
Sabor a Málaga Big Fair
Located in the Paseo del Parque of the Malaga capital, this Gran Feria Sabor a Málaga is celebrated every year during the dates close to the Christmas holidays, precisely, during the Constituion Bank Holiday. Around 100 companies from distinct towns of the province with direct sale stands participate in this event. At Gran Feria, during one week an extensive and extraordinary programme of activities is offered to the residents and visitors of any age.
