Taró is a restaurant located in the capital of Malaga and next to the sea, which has managed to combine tradition and the avant-garde. Its head chef, Pachu Barrera, is passionate about local produce, which is why he always tries to give his most exclusive touch to traditional recipes. These are recipes that remain in our memory and are transformed into a unique set of flavours and textures.

The contemporary cuisine of Taró Restaurant is an ode to culinary creativity fused with a passion for enhancing the unique flavours of our land. A culinary excellence recognised and highlighted by the award of a Solete Repsol, a distinction offered by the Repsol Guide to food establishments that stand out for their authentic essence, for being a casual place that will surprise us with its product, service or personality. A gastronomic experience that makes the difference.

Among the products with a Taste of Malaga that can be found on the menu are the very diverse and peculiar Malaga goat's cheeses made by the Cabraline cheese factory, where the nuances of its briquette or blue goat's cheese stand out. The Malaga Salchichón, the Chivo de Canillas and the handmade sausages from our towns with the longest tradition of sausage making, such as Ronda or Benaoján, together with fresh vegetables from the Malaga market garden and zero kilometre products, as well as dozens of typical Malaga ingredients, such as sugar cane juice, also known as sugar cane honey from Frigiliana, Nuestra Señora del Carmen. These are products of excellent quality that allow the creation of extraordinary and unique dishes.

Along with these dishes, the magnificent wines with designation of origin Malaga and Sierras de Malaga from the wineries Bentomiz, La Melonera or La Capuchina, among others, also stand out, and will provide a perfect pairing for each of the gastronomic experiences offered by Taró Restaurant.
