Family company that has been working in the restaurant industry for 80 years. They work daily with seasonal products and recipes from their grandmothers. They want to spread ancient culture from their cuisine, where the flavours of different cultures have made history. All of these are ingredients to their stews and different dishes.

They cook with seasonal products they buy from local shops and organic farmer markets in Guadalhorce where they buy vegetables : potatoes from el Torcal de Antequera, Aceitunas Bravo, pickled vegetables from Al Sur, La Estrella oil, Rimicol, Prolongo and Famadesa.
Wines with D.O. Málaga and Sierras de Málaga: “El buen puntito”, El lagar de Cabrera, Andresito, Cortijo la Fuente, Moscatel de Gomara, Vermouth de la Antigua Casa del Guardia, sparkling Bonati.
They produce daily: tripe stew, gazpachuelo, porra, white bean and lentil stew, chard stew with cod, loin in lard, meatballs with almond sauce, broad beans with ham and fried fish.
