Aceites Tapia is a family business with more than two decades of experience and born, like many others, from the enthusiasm and commitment of an entrepreneur, D. Dionisio Aguilera Hinojosa, as well as the unconditional support of his entire family.
Aceites Tapia only produces superior quality extra virgin olive oil, obtained directly from selected olives at their optimal point of ripeness and only through mechanical procedures. The careful mixture of olives of the Hojiblanca and Marteña varieties and their pressing at low temperature, carried out just a few hours after being picked from the tree, ensure the obtaining of an oil with very low acidity that stands out for its smooth and balanced flavor.
We have the early harvest variety, obtained from the first olives of the campaign, still in the maturation process, thanks to which we produce an oil of excellent quality, with an intense green color rich in nuances, stronger and spicier than traditional oil. obtained from more ripe fruits.
Both the traditional and early harvest varieties can be served filtered or unfiltered.
