Spiga Negra

Spiga Negra is an ecological mill and artisan pasta workshop.

Spiga Negra is organic mill and producer of artisan pasta.

All pastas are made of semolina obtained in their mill and using artisanal procedures. Its molding in bronze and drying at low temperature means that Spiga Negra pasta preserves all the flavor, aroma and nutritional qualities of the cereals.

For milling, only high-quality locally grown grains such as durum wheat (T. turgidum durum), spelled wheat (T.aestivum spelta) etc. are used.

Pastas and flours are sold in individual units or in packs or boxes assorted to taste.

Products

Pasta:

400 gr and 500 gr organic artisanal pasta pack in different varieties: Rigatoni, maccheroni, spaghetti, fideo, conchiglie, casarecce…

2 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg pasta bag. Organic artisanal pasta in different varieties: rigatoni, maccheroni, spaghetti, fideo, conchiglie, casarecce…

They produce white and wholegrain pastas.

All of their pastas are made with semolina, obtained from their mill and using only artisanal procedures. Their bronze milling and low temperature drying makes Spiga Negra pastas more flavourful, full of aroma and rich in cereal nutritional values.

Flours:

White and wholegrain organic fluor, 1 kg, 3 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg packs or bags.

They only use high quality local grains, like durum wheat or spelt wheat.

Their pastas and flours are sold individually or in mix bags or boxes.
