Revival Spirulina is a family business located near the National Park Sierra de las Nieves in the upper part of Valle del Guadalhorce.
Dedicated exclusively to the artisan cultivation of spirulina of gourmet quality since 2021 in sustainable and regenerative ways and producing a new and innovative type of product on the market in the form of crunchy strands or noodles, giving the salads, creams or yogurts a touch of colour and different texture.
Spirulina is cultivated in greenhouses, which protects them from insects, birds, and pollution in general that come through the air. The water where the Spirulina grows together with the drying process is very important to obtain a crunchy Spirulina with a pleasant nutty flavor and a neutral smell that differentiates it from the majority on the market.
The water comes directly from the Sierra de las Nieves National Park, is filtered through clays and you obtain water full of natural minerals and free of contaminants such as heavy metals and/or pesticides.
Dehydration at a low temperature not exceeding 40ºC is key to preserving all the nutritional properties, vitamins, pigments, and antioxidants and obtaining organoleptic qualities that make them unique nationwide.
