BAKERY AND PASTRY RAMOS, more than a company, is a large family located in Caleta de Vélez, (Málaga), with more than five generations of bakers and twenty-five years dedicated to pastry, mainly using products from Axarquía such as sweet wine, almonds, oranges, cane honey, brandy, etc.
The product with which we started our pastry shop more than twenty-five years ago was oil cake, or as it is called in the area “Algarrobo Cake”, which continues to be made as it has been since its origin with olive oil, almond, anise, cinnamon, etc. Based on the success of this product, we have managed to make an artisanal pastry with local products remaining at the same time at the forefront.
