At Pan Bendito they work with local flours, ancient wheats, and seasonal and local products. A 100% organic bakery that supports producers who use regenerative and sustainable methods.
At the Pan Bendito bakery, they do not use artificial yeast, refined sugar, conditioners, or preservatives, because their priority is to care for and nourish your health, therefore, to sweeten their cakes they use honey from small beekeepers.
