Bakery Nuestra Señora de las Nieves is a small family business dedicated to the production of various types of bread and homemade sweets made completely by hand and where local products, such as almonds and citrus fruits, take precedence.

Located in the Malaga municipality of Gaucín, this business produces “brown bread” and “male bread”, two types of bread with complete mill flour, water, salt and sourdough that they make daily and bake in a wood-fired oven.

Likewise, it has a wide assortment of traditional sweets, such as almond donuts, shortbreads and muffins where family recipes and typical local products provide flavors, aromas and textures that become pure delicacies.

All their products can be purchased in the store they have next to the workshop, but they also provide home delivery service to individuals and supply businesses in the region.
