La Recíproca
La Recíproca is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil mill.
The Agricultural Society of Competa was founded in 1916 as Sindicato de Labradoras, with the name of La Recíproca, dedicated to the extraction of Olive Oil since the middle of the last century, being the variety nevadillo blanco de la Axarquía the predominant one in the area, which is cultivated in the foothills of the Sierras Tejeda and Almijara.
In the months of November to February, the nevadillas olives are traditionally harvested, from which we extract an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of excellent quality, characterized by being soft, sweet to the palate and of very low acidity.
