La Molienda Verde is a family business located in the heart of the Genal Valley and specialised in the production of jams, compotes, pâtés, chestnuts in syrup and other preserves made from natural products grown in the Serranía de Ronda region, totally handmade products, following traditional processes and without adding elements that disturb the quality and unmistakable flavour of pure, zero-kilometre ingredients.
At Molienda Verde they take great care to select the best raw material from the source, working directly with small farming families in order to achieve the best results in each of their products and to maintain all their properties, thus providing greater health benefits. A very careful and painstaking know-how that allows us to create unique and exquisite gourmet preserves.
At La Molienda Verde you can find two varieties of guaranteed products:
- The artisan product of ‘La Molienda Verde’: the artisan product is a preserve without chemical additives (preservatives, colourings, etc.) and its elaboration process is 100% artisan, made in a natural way.
- The organic product of ‘La Eco-Molienda Verde’:the organic product is a canned product where it is guaranteed that both the agricultural cultivation and the production process in the factory have been carried out without chemical inputs or additives: it is 100% natural and organic, certified by the Andalusian Committee for Organic Agriculture (CAAE).
Likewise, through its brand Experiencias del Sur, a range of delicatessen jams can be found, especially for cheese pairings, honey tastings and orange and chocolate specialities or vermouth marmalade.
Products
They make orange, mandarin, red pepper, red fruit, cranberry, bitter orange, onion, Pedro Ximénez wine, raspberry (organic), red wine (organic), Gin Tonic, chestnuts, tomato, peach with mango, strawberry with Kiwi and figs with dates, orange and chocolate and vermouth jam.
They also make jams without added sugar of mandarin, blackberry and orange, fig and peach.
Jams with stevia of blueberry and strawberry.
They also have fruit in syrup and compotes, fruit in aniseed, canned vegetables in oil, natural, with honey and chestnut icing.
