La Laja is an artisanal cheese factory located in the Malaga municipality of Ronda and specialized in the production of cow cheeses, delicious cheeses that use cow's milk from its own farm.
Quesería La Laja produced its products in careful and traditional way trying to respect the times and processes to give their cheeses the most delicate flavor, aroma, and texture.
