La Huerta de Carmen is a family business dedicated to traditional agriculture in the Guadalhorce Valley.
Family company that produces traditional fruits and vegetables from Valle del Guadalhorce.
They have the plantations in the open, therefore they only grow seasonal products.
One of their the most famous product is a tomato "Ox Heart".

Citrics : New Holl and Lane Late oranges, Okisu and Clemenules mandarines, Star Rubí grapefuit and kumquat.
Olives : Manzanilla aloreña, hojiblanca and picual olives, used to make extra virgin olive oil of these varieties.
Fruits : Big Top nectarines, mollar pomegranade.
Avocados : Hass and bacón avocado.
Vegetables : oxheart tomato, peppers, white pepper, aubergine, chard, lettuce, fennel, celery, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, romanesco, brussel sprouts, potatoes, purple potatoes, artichokes, strawberry, onions, garlics, carrot, beetroot, turnip, radish.
