Copusan is a cooperative located in the Sierra de las Nieves National Park and specialized in the packing aloreña olive in its three varieties: fresh green, traditional, and cured. Their esclusive containers of heat-sealing PET abd pasteurized glass guarantee the freshness and quality of each bite.
Certified with the IFS Food standard, they offer allergen-free products ensuring the highest food security and safety.
