Family company that produces any type of high quality bread.
From baking bread in a clay oven in exchange for eggs or vegetables, to creating a bakery to sell the bread the family made, the Carifa oven, and finally, founding the current factory, in 1988, run by Manuel López Rodríguez and his wife Ana María Valadez, in facilities that have been modernized over time and where the fifth generation of baking culture is currently working, always with the same traditional recipe and guaranteeing the highest quality in all ingredients.
