Vincci Selección Posada del Patio is an international hotel chain with 4 and 5 star hotels, which has an establishment right in the centre of the capital of Malaga.

Its restaurant, called Entremuros, is located in the facilities of the Hotel Vincci Selección Posada del Patio 5* and has a total of 45 seats in its dining room staffed by a team of more than 30 professionals between the dining room and kitchen.

The restaurant is open from Monday to Sunday from 13:30 to 15:30h for lunch and from 17:30 to 22:30h for dinner. The menu offers a selection of Mediterranean dishes with touches of traditional Malaga cuisine, as well as a wide range of local wines.

At the foot of this emblematic restaurant is the old city wall of Malaga, which served as a defence and border boundary, and at the same time as a gateway for visitors from all over the world, and therefore for culinary influences, as well as for all kinds of goods, food, provisions and spices, brought from far away and which make up and support its gastronomy.

A walk through time that brings together the typical recipes of each period, recorded on the walls of our city walls. Witnesses of time and of the most traditional kitchens with an exquisite and delicate elaboration, a proposal in which the flavour moves the mind through the most sophisticated taste.

Among the more local dishes prepared in the restaurant of the Hotel Vincci Selección Posada del Patio we can find:

  • Malaga salad salad with fried free-range egg, local potato, octopus, pickled purple carrot, tuna melva, guacamole, liquid EVOO mayonnaise and piquillo peppers.
  • Traditional Malaga Gazpachuelo, sweet potato parmentier with red prawns with hollandaise, salicornia and Tobiko roe.
  • Entrecote of tomato, tuna belly, red onion, mango and Axarquia avocado.
  • Shoulder of suckling lamb with Arabian spices cooked at low temperature with potato raclette ras el hanout and its cold cream of yoghurt and cucumber.
  • Pio X: typical sweet from Malaga over mango toffee from Axarquia and mandarin sorbet.
