We are a family business, in charge of the traditional and artisanal production of roasted peppers with olive wood.

Pronaxa selects the best peppers to make their product. All of the pickle production process has the only objective of ensuring the best quality and flavour of baked peppers. Their peppers are baked in olive tree wood ovens, which gives them that special flavour. They are prepared with artisanal procedures, peeled by hand and packed manually, taking extreme care of their texture and ensuring their natural aroma and flavour.

The final result is an exquisite product that ca be enjoyed in saladas, snacks and to elaborate traditional dishes from our gastronomy.
