PIOBIEM is an artisanal pastry shop made in-house. A family business that aims to offer a different product. Based on traditional good work without preservatives or colorants and in which high quality products are used. Its star product is pionono , a sweet made by hand with soletilla sponge cake and different artisan creams that give rise to its six specialties. In Piobiem they maintain the tradition by offering the toasted yolk pionono.
Without losing sight of this tradition, at Piobiem they have innovated with the first bienmesabe pionons and Ángelorum de Antequera, typical desserts from Antequera that give a unique touch to their star product. A careful work that they have extended to other pastry creations and that are a delicacy for the most select palates. And at Piobiem they enhance the products to create unique flavors. To do this, the master pastry chefs select the best ingredients and transform them, flooding their workshop with aromas that become delicacies.
