Lujo del Paladar is a family business specializing in Ajobacalao, a traditional product of the municipality of Vélez-Málaga.  It is made of wood-oven baked breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil of Axarquía, salted cod, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, and chili. It is ideal for spreading at any time of the day.

Lujo del Paladar's  Ajobacalao is a 100% natural product, that does not contain either fat or preservatives.

Likewise, since 2013, Lujo del Paladar has been dedicated to the production, marketing, and distribution of homemade croquettes, made completely by hand, without preservatives, coloring, or additives.

Products

Ajobacalao in a 250-gram tub whose ingredients are: breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, salted cod, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, and chili.
