Miel y Solo Miel guarantees the consumer the quality of its honey, thanks to quality control processes, both internal and external, and keeping the original properties of the different honeys intact.

It selects the best honey harvested by its beekeepers and packages the honey directly from the hive to your table , pure bee honey,  100% natural, without any type of transformation or additives,working its products in a completely artisanal way.

Its brand, La Alquería de la Sierra , is a quality honey brand in the province of Malaga since 2010, which guarantees the consumer the quality and properties of its honey, without any type of transformation, putting love and care into the product, so that it reaches the customers' table so that they can appreciate the different colors, flavors and smells of each of its varieties.

It selects the best honeys harvested by its beekeepers, from Milflores, to the Forest, through Rosemary, Orange Blossom, Eucalyptus, Thyme and Chestnut, until reaching Avocado honey with a dark color and a peculiar and intense flavor, which comes from the Axarquia area of ​​Malaga.

It won the 1st Prize for Dark Honeys in 2018 in the competition organized by the Malaga Beekeepers Association.
