Ingenio Nuestra Señora del Carmen is a factory that has been working with sugar canes since 1725 to create a natural product traditionally called “cane honey” or “black honey”, but its technical name is “concentrated sugar cane juice”.

This “cane honey” is a very versatile product, combining perfectly with dishes and recipes such as fried eggplants, cod fritters, salads and fresh cheeses. Also, the concentrated juice of Nuestra Señora del Carmen is ideal as a natural sweetener in coffee or infusions, fruits, sauces for meats and in refueling.
