Gazpachería Malagueña is a small family business located in Pizarra, in the Guadalhorce Valley region, dedicated to the artisanal production of gazpacho, salmorejo and ajoblanco. Their products are 100% natural, without preservatives, colorings or chemical additives. They use ingredients from local farmers and small producers, which guarantees the quality of their exceptional cold soups. They offer three variants of refreshing drinks: gazpacho, salmorejo and ajoblanco, packaged in half-liter and liter bottles. The founder, Toñi Ramírez, prepares these traditional recipes with fresh ingredients and in an optimal state of maturation. La Gazpachería Malagueña was born in 2010 as a healthy alternative to enjoy these delicious soups at any time.
