They offer five lines of products made with the best selection of raw materials and produced following a traditional family recipe.
Pickled pork: burgers, sausages, chorizos, kebabs, chistorras.
Stews: tripes, relleno de carnaval, butiffara, baked head, black pudding.
Curates: salchichón, chorizo, salchichón vela, fuet, bacon and aged bacon.
Covered with breadcrumbs: chicken steaks, cheese and ham in breadcrumb, croquettes, Salisbury steaks, meatballs, flamenquines.
