Embutidos Moreno Plaza - Producers

Embutidos Moreno Plaza is a Malaga family business, which was founded in 1915. It dedecates to the manufacture and sale of salted meat, fresh cured meats, cooked and cured meat of any type. During the first years, they sold exclusively salted meat throughtout the train  route between the station of Cartama and Cordoba province. 

However, soon they started to extend their commercial relations with the next generation that started to expand this small family business. 

Years later, the family decided to open the butcher shop in Alhaurín el Grande in order to start to supply the pork meat to diverse manufacturers of cured meat in the Malaga capital that were responsible for the elaboration of the famous “salchichón of Málaga”.

They followed their dream to grow, and once settled in Alhaurín el Grande, established their roots producing their first own cured meat and established their first social domicile as a trading company.
