Chivo de Canillas
Chivo de Canillas selects the best suckling goats of the Malaga breed and prepares them using the traditional family recipe in an olive wood oven. Once roasted, it is vacuum packed to preserve all its qualities, both nutritional and organoleptic. To taste one of the best roasts, just heat it up for a few minutes and that's it.
