Caprisur is a family ranch with more than 20 years of experience in raising Malaga suckling goats. Likewise, it markets and distributes this product to companies in the hospitality sector and to individuals.

MALAGUEÑO SUCKY GOAT 100% NATIVE MALAGUEÑA BREED FROM CAPARISUR

The Chivo Lechal Malagueño Brand is regulated by regulations and specifications owned by the  Spanish Association of Malagueña Goat Breeders . The use of the brand is subject to the use of the “100% Malagueña Autochthonous Race” logo, provided by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.

The animals must come from farms with construction and habitability characteristics that guarantee the well-being of the animals, and each farm must have an appropriate health program. Their mothers are pure Malagueña breed specimens, either registered in the breed's Stud Book or certified by the Spanish Association of Malagueña Goat Breeders, which is the entity officially recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.

After the animal leaves the farm, an exhaustive monitoring of the entire transformation process is carried out, ensuring the traceability of the product.

Each piece of the carcass has a vitola with which we can verify the authenticity of the product. Each vitola has a traceability code printed on it, which is associated with a report of the entire process followed: livestock of origin of the product, date and place of slaughter, place of cutting, batch number, etc.
