Al-Jaque
Al-Jaque is a cooperative located in the heart of the Serranía de Ronda, in Montejaque. They are dedicated to the production of jams, preserved vegetables, pâtés, liqueurs and organic creams, very rigorously selecting their raw materials to obtain delicious unique and exquisite delicacies to delight your palate.
Among its wide range of products, two brands stand out: Melar and Eco-Melar, the latter being certified organic preserves without preservatives or colorings, gluten-free, and lactose-free.
